High Temperature Metal Alloys GH3625 Inconel 625 for Paper Industry / Sulfuric Acid Condenser

This alloy has the following features

1. A variety of corrosive media oxidative and reductive environment have very good corrosion resistance
2. Excellent resistance to corrosion and crevice corrosion points, and no cause due to chloride stress corrosion cracking
3. Excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and a mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
4. Excellent resistance to inorganic acid mixed solution capabilities corrosion
5. Temperature of 40 ℃, at various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution can exhibit excellent corrosion resistance
6. Good workability and weldability, no weld cracking susceptibility
7. Having a wall temperature of -196 ~ 450 ℃ in a pressure vessel for manufacturing certification
8. By the American Association of Corrosion Engineers NACE standard certification (MR-01-75) meet the highest standards of grade VII of sour gas environments

Inconel 625 Application field have

1. Organic Chemistry Process Technology of chloride-containing components, particularly in the case of using an acid chloride catalyst
2. For the manufacture of pulp and paper industry and bleaching digester tank
3. Flue gas desulphurization absorber system, another heater flue gas inlet baffle, fan (wet), stirrer, baffle and flue
4. Applied to the acidic environment for the manufacture of gas equipment and components
5. Acetic acid and acetic anhydride generator
6. Sulfuric acid condenser
